Parking Penalty Ticket Information
The excess charge of £60.00 is due within 14 days from the date on the penalty ticket. However if the excess charge is paid within 72 hours this is discounted by £50.00 to a prompt settlement rate of £10.00.
How to Pay:
In person – By cash, cheque or card at the Council’s Information Centre in the Shire Hall, Mount Folly Square, Bodmin, PL31 2DQ.
Opening Hours: June – September 8.45am – 5.00pm
March – May & October 8.45am – 4.00pm
November – February 8.45am – 2.00pm
By Phone – The Information Centre will except prompt settlement card payments over the phone, to pay by phone please ring 01208 76616 option 1. (Please note this is ONLY to pay the prompt settlement rate of £10.00)
By Post – Cheques should be made payable to BODMIN TOWN COUNCIL and forwarded with the payment slip to the address below.
DO NOT PAY THE CAR PARK INSPECTOR DIRECTLY.
No receipt will be issued unless specifically requested.

Appeals must be made in writing within 14 days to the Town Clerk at the address or email below.

To ensure your appeal is dealt with fairly please include the following information in your appeal:
- Clear reasons setting out the basis of your appeal
- Any supporting documentation
